It has been on solid cold winter season with snow still on the ground and it began falling before Christmas! Work has been progressing here above 3500 feet in elevation but with it has come many slippery challenges creating some delays and rescheduling for safety on many days.  In his own exceptional timing, baby James Barrett Neil arrived this winter just ahead of one big snow storm and was born on January 30, 2010. Mom Robin, Dad Mason, Sister Ryan and the "little (polar) bear" himself are all doing well. We all know a picture is worth a thousand words! It's hard to stop once you get us started talking about Barrett so we'll  just introduce him by the following pictures! You can see for yourself how precious and beautiful he is!
