"Brightwater provided us with a detailed project estimate prior to the beginning and continues each month to send invoices and answer any questions we have concerning project costs. Brightwater is also very willing to work with us in ways that will allow us to save money during the construction process. Brightwater deals with subcontractors that know how to do their job and are professional on the job site. We are on the job site often and Jim always introduces us to the crews working on our home. He has a great working relationship with his subs. The site is clean and orderly, materials arrived on time and we are very pleased with the progress we see.
